Q: Do I need to connect the CANBUS?


A: The CANBUS module is not mandatory. It acts as a connector between the head unit and vehicle system. It enables display of vehicle data such as door status, as well as steering wheel control, rear camera view and original amplifier functions.
Supported features vary according to car models.
If your package comes with a CANBUS module, we will send the installation guide via Platform message after purchase. Feel free to contact us if you fail to receive it.


Q: Does it support original / external microphones?


A: The radio has a built-in microphone. No adapter for the original mic is included.
You can connect an external microphone via the 3.5mm mic jack, but an RCA‑to‑3.5mm adapter cable is required for the connection.
*Note: The 4G version includes this RCA‑to‑3.5mm adapter cable. The V1 2+64GB and 4+64GB versions also come with a free external microphone.*

Q.Why does the steering wheel control not work?


A:Please confirm if the accessory includes a Can-bus first
1）If the product does not include a Canbus, please go to "Settings - Vehicle Settings - General - Steering Wheel Control Type - Learning Type".
2）If the product includes a Canbus, please first check that the 8-pin interface of the Canbus cable is properly connected, then select the Canbus type, and the steering wheel control function will work. If you are unsure of the Canbus model, please contact customer service.


Q.How to connect wireless Carplay and Android Auto?


A:For the first connection, need to turn on the phone’s Bluetooth to pair with the car’s Bluetooth.
After the pairing is successful, the car radio will automatically jump to the Zlink or AutoLink interface
At this time, the phone pops up a message prompting "use carplay with Zlink or AutoLink
Then turn on the wifi of the mobile phone, and the carplay will be connected


Q.How to connect wired Carplay and Android Auto?


A:Please use your original data cable to connect the phone to the 4 PIN USB cable, then turn on the Carplay/Android Auto function on your phone and the "AutoLink" or "ZLINK5" icon on the device to connect.
